This was an INSANE documentary. Even if they changed the numbers it wouldn’t matter because of who did it, but the lack of attempt is crazy to me. Even the cops said “you could change the number,” but the suggestion caused an avalanche of tears.

Absolutely insane. I can't think of anything to say that won't give a spoiler, but yeah. There were options, and this could have been over far sooner if law enforcement had done more along those lines.
