we are going to need to put all of these people in prison for the rest of their lives and everybody needs to start acting that way this cannot be fixed in 2026 or 2028 or ever without the comprehensive political will to do so

I need to start telling my IRL friends that this needs to be solved in ONE YEAR. We do not have time to wait. Some of them are talking about 2028 like it's going to be the point of inflection, but I highly doubt it.
