an underappreciated aspect of this DC occupation is that they don't stay just in DC seeing uniformed soldiers and federal goons while i'm in a Wendy's drive thru here in Arlington really contributes to this uncomfortable feeling

I suspected this wouldn't be limited to the district border. If they can pretend crime is out of control in one place, they can do it anywhere.
I live in a military city, you don't have much to fear from the military, they are not enjoying the show either. It's the masked goons targeting anyone who looks twice. SAD.
I have a feeling the stage is set for another Kent State. CONVICT #47 is working above and beyond the call of duty to make it happen!
Tell em to get a real job
Here's what I as a veteran say to the NG: "Soldier(s), you deserve better than to be used as political pawns. You should be home with your families, not used for publicity stunts against fellow citizens. Your service is not needed here nor wanted here. Remember you serve the constitution first."
It’s exactly that, an occupation meant to intimidate and stoke fear. Align with the regime or else.
Ask them if this is why they joined the military/reserves? Did they join to patrol US citizens? Did they join to possibly shoot and detain their neighbors? Do they want to be local cops? Did they join to earn an easy paycheck for a few weekends of training? Do they enjoy always being the fall guys?
They are grotesque. They are America's shame. They deserve nothing but our deepest and most virulent disdain.
Youngkin: ok macaca Oh, that was the other gop ah
the biggest concern for me about this deployment isn't the deployment itself but the frog boiling i very much do not want the American people to become used to seeing soldiers on their streets the only time i should see this much camo is on cargo shorts or guys cutting in line at the airport
Our soldiers should be terrified to be on our streets. Surround them by the hundreds. Make them uncomfortable. Dox them. Give us the names of their family members businesses. Boycott those businesses. Surround their CEO's homes. Demand they be fired. Make fascism fucking miserable for them.
