Im getting different reports that people are getting 360p textures other saying at their lowest resolution, the fps is capping at 30. Yet, im currently running 1080/60 on mine. I wonder whats causing it?

The only 360p texture I got was a magazine cover that was obviously taken from the original game. Framerate is good enough that I'm not really noticing dips on my VRR TV.
