Judges have no real enforcement mechanisms anymore. They can just be ignored by DOJ, which has jurisdiction over the Marshal Service. Throw in a corrupt SCOTUS and the judicial branch is toast.

Understood, but that’s not the same as “these judges are complicit.” Who are “these judges”? Some judges at all different levels in the US right now are very clearly putting themselves in harm’s way to do their best to rule according to law.

I agree with you. They are facing near impossible odds.
