One possibility occurred to me: if each side is a single run floor-to-floor. But there should still be diagonal breaks drawn in the middle of each run to accurately show that.

Scratch that: The air volume would still be shared so this would still likely count as a scissor stair and therefore not provide a 2nd egress as defined by many codes.
