Perhaps sounding naive here, but I just don't understand why EVERYONE puts up with this. Why isn't even one person shouting "THAT'S NOT TRUE!" "THAT'S A LIE!" It is a decaying of our moral fabric that I simply refuse to tolerate; simple honest communication is a necessity for any civilized society.
