So appeals court strikes down tariffs but leaves in place pending Trump appeal to SCOTUS. Does that mean, if SCOTUS upholds lower courts and throws out tariffs, that Americans can sue for the billions of dollars collected? What a scam this whole thing is. Stop the tariffs now if unconstitutional.
I don't see the SCOTUS getting in trumps way on any issue. The executive, legislative and judicial branches of government are working together to establish a new system of government
I guess so, but I can’t see the six on his court ruling against him. His rant included his marching orders to them. Either they’ll make up some excuse to overturn this or they’ll just use a shadow docket. The law is unfortunately now whatever Trump needs it to be in the moment.
We will then see how Roberts chooses his legacy right?
