Yes ma’am… My plants are finally producing and I am over-the-top excited about them. When you grow stuff you can make all kinds of experimental dishes.
ABSOLUTELY!! Our bell peppers are getting what looks like "scalded" spots on them. This happens every yr & not sure how to remedy the issue. Any good words of advice would be greatly appreciated!!

I’ve never had eggplant!
Me either, until 2 years ago. I went out and bout two plants the next day. Hell I believe there should be a monument built in every state to the eggplant. lol Note: You have to know how to cook it by salting them and allowing them to sweat first.
They seem really pithy.
The first time you try some, make sure you find a place that can do it right. They taste like what you cook them in… my first wast in coconut oil. Aughhhhi cannot wait till they are in my belly….
