Fortunately in Poland presidential veto only sends the law back to parliament and if 3/5 of members vote for it, he has to sign it, otherwise they have to implement changes he is pointing to in his veto and then he has to sign it.

But the topic of refugee aid and paying for starlink wouldn't have to be part of the same bill, right? Any chance separating these two topics might make it easier to pass at least the starlink support quickly? And how big of a chance do you see that parliament overrules the veto of the president?
