never gonna happen, it needs 60 votes in the Senate to overcome a filibuster which would require defections from dems and independents and that ain't happening.

The Republicans might get rid of the filibuster if Trump asked them to

and the GOP have so far not been willing to risk getting rid of the filibuster out of fear it'll be weaponized against them once they lose power and I don't expect that to change.

I hope you're right, but I wouldn't put anything past them at the moment

if they did it would bite them in the ass when we inevitably won mid-terms, even if the act passes it's actually far more likely to hurt conservative women(as they are far more likely to change their names when they get married as opposed to liberal women who are more independent thinking).
