Neil’s a local boy, he’s only young and not yet matured, and has every right to live as he wishes. If it’s on a street well, we’ll just put up a detour sign. He’s not hurting anyone, he’s just an inconvenience. So are some of our politicians, remove them first, they’re more dangerous. 😜
