I am (WAS) on a CPAP machine. I used to call a local number, GET a human, and order refills of supplies. THIS YEAR, since January, I get sent to a voicemail system in Denver, they TRY to send me hearing aid batteries, and trying to get a human gets a dropped call, OR LONG waits, until I give up.
