PlayOnline is both the hardest boss, and also pretty much a litmus test for FFXI in general. Eternal frustration at poorly documented and sometimes unintuitive UX that you ultimately need a guide for, opening up to an experience that makes you feel wholly cathartic when it finally clicks.
