Homeless shelters can routinely be more precarious than the street. These clowns in Trumps "under minions" wouldn't even realise that prison would often be the preferred option.

What kind of addiction and mental health treatment is being offered? If it is legitimate counseling, then I will give the administration its props. If it’s “accept Jesus or die” conversion therapy, then the administration is just looking to imprison or disappear people.

Exactly, there are few residential beds available & insurance is required. And, even if they do somehow get into a residential facility, insurance will kick them out after 2 weeks due to “no medical necessity.” We have the most fucked up healthcare system in the world. They are going to jail.
