Two big concerns: If Puerto Rico becomes a separate country, all the ethnic Puerto Ricans NOT born in the 50 states, but on American soil, become “foreign nationals”! All “non-American” Puerto Ricans would LOSE Medicare/Medicaid/Social Security/etc, even though they paid into them!

That's not true you still get social security up to what you paid. Also the issue of citizenship would be negotiated To ensure those that wish to remain in the United States maintain their citizenship.

I would argue that we need to make it mandatory that any candidate for national office must be able to gain a security clearance before their name is on any ballot. Additionally, reinstate the assault weapons ban and issue buy backs for those in public hands.
