Yup, and frankly, let's set it up on a subscription basis. Other states can subscribe, or not. Which basically means blue states will fund it and red states will ignore science as they do now. Hmmm....blue states might want to require Medical ID proving you're not carrying a disease b4 entering.

As a native Californian, I'm all for that. But, the resources have to be available to support it. We have a housing crisis. We have a water crisis. We have a homeless crisis. We have huge transportation issues. We lack infrastructure. There is a breaking point.
