I think he’s had a pretty nasty stroke. Six days is a long time to be away from the camera. At the very least we know his face and speech can’t be normal. He’s too vain to get before the cameras with slurred speech or crooked smile.

I recall he was slurrying all his words during that last cabinet "meeting"..Maybe it was a going away party for the olde man and we didn't know it..That would explain a lot.
