If innocent, then one would support opening the files and bringing justice to the victims. If one is guilty, one would go to extremes to keep as much under wraps as possible.

Yep 👍 that happened over here about the Post Office scandal - Mr Bates vs the Post Office. It was a 4 part drama that exposed a lot high up people who were involved and caused a national outcry. It does work 👍👍👍
