So that coleslaw is cabbage, onions, and carrot. Light dressing. So light I added oil to the pan before I fried it. It was delicious. Anymore fried and it would have had that burnt Brussels sprout thing… which I hate. I need to explore fried cabbage.

You'll love it. It’s best with crispy chopped bacon and some of the bacon grease. I also add thin stripes of onion and minced garlic. 😋
