My understanding, I think from Colby Badhwar (sp?), is that we had ~10-1200 ATACMS of various types that were at or beyond their expiration. 🇺🇸 could have given a test batch to use in occupied territories (as they did with other munitions). They could even have refurbished them, but chose not to.
