An explosion occurred in a children’s store in Moscow, leaving one dead and three injured. Among the wounded is a senior FSB officer, Oleksiy Titov, who suffered serious leg injuries and is in a medically induced coma, according to media reports.

Yes. News stories are blaming a helium tank in the store. Stretches credulity. Helium is a noble gas. It does not chemically interact with other elements and is not combustible. I presume they are talking about helium in a pressurized container. Would require a major fuck up to make it explode.
