There should be a possibility to remove a member of the European Union. Hungary is a net receiver and more in favor of Russia than participate in the EU. The EU is not really benefiting having Hungary in the Union and the Hungarian leader has quite some dirt on his money traffic to private assets.

European Union's charter needs to change immediately. A majority vote of the members of the EU should approve policies, etc Passing policies with 100% approval isn't practical/realistic for large institutions, "Black balling" is ineffective/inefficient, unless you are a small, private entity.
