A lot of europeans nationalistically think: "if russia attacked us we would steamroll them". Lingering thoughts of Ukraine as what it was pre-2014, not grasping that Ukraine by far has the strongest, most competent military in Europe now. If Ukraine offers to share it's experience, take it!
