Footage shows aftermath of two train derailments in Leningrad Oblast. In Luzhsky district, a locomotive with 15 tank cars derailed, stopping rail traffic. In Gatchinsky district, a separate electric train derailment killed the driver, trapped in the cab.
the locals report that they are happy so much fuel was supplied and will proceed to drill a small hole to tap some out of the tankers 🙂
