It hit me that Stephen Miller's cruelty is similar to Saul/Paul before Christ opened his heart to the truth. Where my faith is lacking is that I can't picture Miller having a "road to Damascus" moment. Sadly that leaves me clinging to the shallow hope that his road will lead instead to The Hague
God is all powerful!! But also most keep their hearts hardened. And people like Miller have made politics their idol, if I had to guess.
Strangely, I see Miller as apolitical. Fear of the “other” is his true idol. Politics is just a means to an end. His cruelty is how he worships that idol.
