Jailed? Treason's a hanging crime. But no Republicans would have called him a tyrant and the execution a witch hunt, better to try and appeal to their sense of decency and decorum.

Yeah true true... He should have been tried for treason, but something tells me Trump has Kompromat on a whole lot of them, right AND left. He knows names on the Epstein list, he learned a ton of secrets when he was president the first time, kinda makes sense why he got off, eh?

Nah that doesn't track with Trump's strategy of firing off accusations and conspiracies at his enemies nonstop. The point is to get the benefits of revealing blackmail on your enemies without needing actual blackmail. Real Epstein stuff would be tame after all the Satanic baby eating conspiracies.

But why would he need to blackmail Dems when they seem to simply agree with a lot of Trump policies? The militarization of law enforcement, mass detention and removal of migrants, and genocide in Gaza are all sadly bipartisan issues with minor quibbling over how openly authoritarian they should be.
