What's more involved than advocating for better policies from the folks trying to earn our votes. You may think people are stupid for caring about a genocide but that won't convince anyone to vote blue.

I don’t think people are stupid for caring about genocide. I think people should care about all genocides and wars and all suffering. I think it’s stupid to choose Trump over Harris. Not voting or 3 party voting at the National level does not absolve you from responsibility it is dereliction of duty

It is especially true @ the Presidential level of politics that either the Republican or the Democrat will win in the general election/electoral college. @ that level we can’t expect candidates to please us or cater to whims. We the people are hiring one or the other.

Voting is not useless. U have a choice on the ballot in front of you. Republican or Democrat is your choice for President. You are hiring them. You have their resume. You can argue as much as you want but that doesn’t change anything. Have a temper tantrum and choose. Your non vote was your choice

Not voting is your vote. You are still responsible for your decision and the result of the election. The outcome is still your responsibility as much as any other eligible voter. Not voting doesn’t magically remove your involvement or civic responsibility & it doesn’t change the consequences.
