Sir/Madam Mountain, can you tell me how to pronounce your name? I’ve always said “rainier” as in it was spitting before, but now it’s really coming down. I keep hearing those twin ladies that renovate homes in the PNW on one of those home reno channels mention the magnificent view of “rannear”. ??

My real name is Tahoma, but phonetics pronounce it closely to “rain-eer” (Rainier) by locals!
