As I am a blood donor they once told me that it isn’t the most rare blood types they need. They need the most “normal” blood types A-, A+ etc.

This is important. I'm O-neg but they won't let me donate. My ptsd drugs diqualify me. I used to donate, but haven't been allowed for two decades now. Sigh.
