@blackneto.bsky.social I know you say Popeyes is better than jollibees but I would never drive 30 mins for Popeyes. Let’s settle this. BLUESKY which are you having?

If there was a Jollibee in my state, I'd happily try it. Alas... 😕
I like Bojangles 😭
I'm a Jollibee convert after having one 10 mins from where I lived in Hawaii. Their chicken sandwiches were LEGIT
They're both decent but I don't think I have either within half an hour here.
Popeyes, no question
I’ve never had Jollibee’s, I’d have to drive 224 miles to get there. So, Popeye’s.
I dunno... I live about 10 mins from a Popeyes but the closest Jollibees from me is about 4 hours away in Chicago. Never been to Jollibees, but Popeyes beats all the other chicken places around my area. KFC, Lee's, and Chick-fil-A can't compete.
And if you ever drive those 4 hours you see Jollibee is the best of them all. You won’t regret the drive
I was just in Chicago yesterday. Shoulda told me sooner! 🫠
what is a jollibees >.> I used to work at Popeye's, and I STILL like their food.
today is the first day i have heard of jollibees
It is so good!
Trust me you haven’t had it but it fucks
Jollibee is THE best fast food. period.
Never had Jollibee but need to. Looks like there’s one about 10 miles from me.
Do it I’m telling you
I wanted to throw up when I had jollibees. It. Was. Gross. 🤮 I have other preferences when it comes to fried chicken over Popeye’s but I will take eating over barfing all day lol
Nooooo you had a bad experience try it in Orlando if you ever come to my side of town!
I’m very afraid to come to Florida but if I ever venture that way I’m down lol
Oh yeah! Florida is definitely a good place to ignore for travel plans, but if you find yourself forced here, I gotchu
Seeing these responses makes me so glad I live in Toronto, where I have easy access to both (and so much more). But also, Mary Brown's if I'm looking for fried chicken.
Is this in the US?
I'm not sure. They're a Newfoundland based chain, so possibly not, but they do seem to have a lot of locations right on the border - Niagara, Windsor, Sault Ste Marie, etc...
I once drove 4 hours for Popeyes lol. But I've never had Jollibees. Where do I find such a place. I love trying foods.
Please try it. You’ll regret your 4 hour drive
Well, now I must. To the maps!
There are many other places with similar menus to Popeyes. You can't get a similar experience to Jollibees. Chicken is great and you have more menu options. Plus, it's cheaper, AND you get mascot photo ops.
Sorry, Cas. Gotta go with @blackneto.bsky.social on this one.
Traitor
Who me?
Jollibee, every day and twice on Sundays.
Popeyes but I like the jollibee filipino sides
Why not jollibee with jollibee sides lmao
Bojangles over both
I’ve not had bojangles! I’m down to try
