The judges can order reissuance of a visa or something like that. They can also suspend various authorities: in theory can require that every single deportation under any law for any reason be cleared through a judge if they continue to play games.

i mean fair its not like it doesnt help at all. but if you read the article you can see that a lot of the time they just ignore the orders and it works out decently well so far because whos gonna go arrest idk elon musk right? its a mixed bag

They haven't been openly ignoring or defying orders: they have been pushing the line and disrespecting. That is a really critical difference.

Most govt workers and officers do not want to openly defy a court. 1/5 may be Trump's brown shirts, 1/5 may have a backbone and conscience and 3/5 are just lookkng to do the right thing but need some backing (like a court order).

This is hypothetical. So far they haven't taken these steps, and - even if they did - what proof do we have they would succumb? There are real people currently in CECOT that did nothing wrong, and judges have no real way to get them back.

I understand, and your perspective is valid but not what I'm stating. While they skirt the differences and pretend there's some grey line they don't understand, they are shipping off more people and I'm not hopeful on any recourse to get them back
