True. I could do it in the park and it was pure luck if i connected, but looked deliberate if it went in. I pulled it off once, everyone was impressed except me lol.

Exactly. Used to connect with the odd one back in the day and they looked FANTASTIC. But I knew that all I’d done was knock the ball up, back into my man, and connect. I’d no idea where the keeper was. Meanwhile my side volleys took so much more practice and I’d look a right tit when I swung at air.
