We were having issues with the HVAC so we called a place & the guy has been here 90 minutes. A second truck from the company just showed up. Pray for us.

A THIRD TRUCK APPEARED. In the end, they fixed the immediate problem for a decent price and are sending an estimate to (gulp) replace the whole system. Crisis averted for now.
