Do you ever try to report them to the cab company? Just curious if that's a thing people do. This is the first time I've ever reported a taxi.

Nah I just report to 311. BACP takes it from there and they are very good at following through.

I've reported cabs to the company in the past but idk if it really did anything or if it was just lip service.
