Let me clarify then: Carroll vs Trump, No. 23-279 (2d Cir. 2024) The jury found that Trump sexually abused Carroll and defamed her in his 2022 statements. Convicted. Sexual assault. I used the word 'predator' as an adjective, not a legal rendering.
