Wild that you'd invoke women and POC in your argument why a majority of CIS white men should hold their seats in perpetuity. Actually Democrats in Congress are almost half women and most groups of POC Democrats are representative of the general population. The reason the overall Congress is more white men is because of Republicans. I didn’t suggest that people would choose a newcomer; most people choose their incumbent.
