I would eat the hell out of this, but nothing else that touched that wooden cutting board after she cut raw chicken on it.

Naah, just a me thing. I have wood boards and love them, but I never ever ever put poultry on mine. It's impossible to sanitize no matter how well kept. Cheap plastic boards are available at any restaurant supply shop and who can't use a few extra cutting boards anyway?
