Kentucky native here, as usual Senator McConnell is throwing his constituents under the bus. Not only will Medicaid cuts cause people to lose coverage, hospitals will close, especially in rural areas such as eastern Kentucky.

Congressional members should not have healthcare that is better than the healthcare their constituents have. Universal healthcare is the answer. Can be funded with the removal of current tax breaks for individual millionaires and corporations. No new millionaire tax breaks either.
