Oh sure. Transparency is great, especially if they're educated in how these matters work. HOWEVER there are many dark arts and events or situations that are not shared or for the faint of heart

Yeah, unlike design or art where you can point to something and say “I did that”, production is the absence of a thing: crunch, blockers, etc. and it’s much harder to point to a blocker you removed and say “I did that” when the blocker doesn’t exist anymore to point to
