My mother, me, my son, my granddaughter, and probably my grandmother…all on spectrum. Seems genetic to me!

Familial connections are a 'risk' factor. It does run in families, but it is not strictly genetic either. Advanced paternal age is also a 'risk' factor. Something RFK Jnr didn't consider when he was having his youngest children.

So genetic is more than just familial in the simplest sense. But here in this case I think you misunderstand the advanced age issue and genetics. DNA Fragmentation. Motility. Morphology. The first is easy to understand, two and three have to do with a sperm and age. But it’s all ‘genetic’.
