China is buying much more oil from Canada now than the US which helps Canada get stronger too.

This isn’t true. Careful where you get your facts and who told you that. Canada is already at capacity for what we sell to China. Eventually we are pulling away but it’s very complicated infrastructure. The Canadian oil company my husband works for owns American refineries. It’s so interconnected

TMX won't reach nameplate capacity until 2028. On top of that, they are looking at increasing capacity by 33%. Less than half of current TMX exports goes to China. So there is actually huge potential to increase exports to China.
