No, people hating other people for the colour of their skin causes racism. In a society that is historically unequal, not talking about that inequality and how you might change it means that the society will not become more equal.

Wrong! People hating others for the color of their skin IS racism. That's not what causes racism! Racism is caused by officially supporting only certain skin colors (races) and not others.
