... Did they put tomato sauce on the ceiling? I am unfamiliar with this particular sin of my people. I know we are frequently bad at both cooking and physics, but I'd still love a little clarity.

Sous chef told everyday, several times a day, no pumpkin lattes in my kitchen. Had one again today, and then freaked out when a lobster escaped the basket and spilled 20 gallons of tomato sauce. It splashed the entire 700 square foot kitchen. Had to close restaurant for the night to clean n paint.
