Trump knows that what he intends to do will be much more illegal & unconstitutional than what he has been doing, so he forced each Cabinet member to publicly shower him with praise, making it impossible for them to invoke the 25th Amendment without appearing hypocritical.
Imagine being the most powerful person in the free world (maybe the last US one) and needing 3 hours of flattery to feel good about yourself. Really?
