How so? The underlying factors are still there: - constant pressure of markets on quarterly profits - lots of room for products to be made worse, or cut more workers - monetization of attention continues unabated
Main problem is the term went mainstream enough so that it just gets used as "things bad now," with no reference to the original meaning's three part structure
