Is an investment commitment anything but a promise on a piece of paper? It's not a legally-binding contract, is it? Methinks we shouldn't count these as chickens until they hatch.

Well what are the dems are doing for this country. I think it is a great idea.I was a buyer & I hated buying from China for everything you had to wait 3 to 4 months to get it over here and when I looked at the labor,they have when I was there, not impressed very little safety requirements
