We need the National Guard in Chicago. I stopped going there a long time ago. Pritzker is rich. He lives in his huge mansion outside of Chicago area. We want Chicago cleaned up.

My daughter has lived in Chicago for several years - zero problems - I've visted her 3 times - most recently in April - I walked all over the city - doing random 1 to 2 hour walks - zero problems - I love Chicago - would happily live there if I could + since when are the NG for "cleaning up"

The fact that there is a suburb that is less safe - if it is - is THE most ridiculous reason in the world for bringing in martial law - to the whole of Chicago - or even to that suburb...

...bringing in martial law doesn't make people safe - it makes people UNSAFE - because they can then be randomly assaulted and detained by armed guards - without any reasonable cause or access to the legal system

Well that is a nice neighborhood. I live in the Midwest and I know everyone avoids Chicago. So it is not up to one person. I organize trips in the Midwest, Chicago is not an option to most people. Perception or not… they would have more visitors if this idea is remedied
