Sure, but I think only men who dislike their wives/partner would find this funny. It's like the ball and chain "jokes." That said, anyone who finds this funny can probably use it as a tell that it's time to divorce, so it does serve a purpose.

You mean the art? I can't tell a thing about their relationship from it. At most, I could say that it looks like one of them enjoys going for a walk and one doesn't. And arguably, the fact that the man is willingly going on the walk despite it not being his thing indicates affection.

I'm generally a morning person, my partner isn't. She'd probably look like the guy if I dragged her on a morning walk with me. And we adore each other lol. If the art piece had them facing each other and he still had this expression, I'd say your interpretation could work.

But yeah... man with grumpy expression + woman with happy expression does not automatically equal "man tired of woman's shit." I think assuming that (even as a joke) speaks to the mentality that "women make men miserable" which is a bad ideology for anyone to have.
