By Jammy egg do you mean runny yolk? Because if so, that is criminal. Has to be hard boiled. But I do applaud the innovations of e.g. having the pork breadcrumbs be combined with apple etc

jammy is between runny and hard boiled, i've had some scotch eggs with way overdone eggs and softening that yolk just a little bit makes a huge difference

A matter of personal taste where we will differ. I hard boil my eggs for 9 minutes!

Well, at 9 minutes dry and crumbly as sand would be a different experience from rich and smooth those eggs are already dead when you put them in that water fam

I hate anywhere near runny. But love a hard egg. That's my truth.

Live it proudly! I can’t abide chalk. Do you do anything for that? Make an egg salad or just raw dog those dust balls?

When fried, poached, or boiled, that's medium. It's definitely the trickiest state of cooked yolk to get right, though it's easier with practice.
